Li Niu (牛力) is a tenured associate professor appointed at School of Computer Science in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. My current research interest includes AIGC, MLLM, etc. Some of my representative research directions are as follows:

● image composition/object insertion: [papers] [survey] [resource] [toolbox] [workbench]. The iHarmony4 dataset is the first and most well-known dataset for image harmonization. The libcom toolbox is the first and most well-known toolbox for image composition/object insertion (40k installs).

● few-shot image generation: [papers]. F2GAN (resp., DFMGAN) is the first top-tier conference paper on few-shot image (resp., defect image) generation.

Moreover, I am the co-founder of [miguo.ai], which is an AI‑painting agentic platform that assists professional artists.
